All returns must be made within 30 days upon the receipt of your purchase. Returns are eligible for product exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Bulk orders produced as a service (not through our online store), personalized, and custom products will not be eligible for return UNLESS there is an issue with the order in question. These issues may include:

  • Damaged products
  • Receipt of an incorrect order/incorrect items
  • Mistakes in product creation/personalization


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will provide information regarding the exchange or process of using your store credit

Sale Items and Discounts

Returns on items purchased while on sale, using a coupon code, or under any other discount will receive store credit or an exchange value equal to the purchased price.
