We generally prefer to work with our customers to choose items that we have in stock, or from our suppliers. Ordering from our wholesale suppliers helps us keep our prices down. However, if you have something specific in mind, we’d be willing to try and work something out with you.

Please do not order anything yourself before contacting us! Different printing processes can be fickle depending on a number of factors.

We’ll always do our best to complete your order in a timely manner. However, the time you will receive your order depends on a number of factors. Whether we have the right amount of product in stock (and how long it will take to receive it if we don’t), the labor involved in the printing process, how many jobs we are currently processing, etc.

We’ll do our best to estimate when we’ll be able to complete your order while we’re getting the details together, and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes along the way.

If you have a set date that you require the order by, let us know and we’ll accommodate the best we can.
